Inquiry information

Plaspeau collects your name, email, organization, country, areas of interest, message, and optional website to respond to your inquiry and evaluate a possible collaboration. Required information is necessary to submit the inquiry.

Invitations and resource access

For invited users, we retain official name, affiliation, email, language, sign-in information, the NDA text and version, signature records, and resource access approvals. Inquiries and accounts do not enroll you in marketing.

Storage and processing

Company administrators use this information for inquiry review, relationship management, security, and agreement records. Hosting, database, and email service providers support this service; approved resources are shared through Google Drive. Do not include patient information, sensitive personal data, or confidential research in this inquiry form.

Questions and deletion requests

Contact hello@plaspeau.com to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of an inquiry. Agreement and security records may need to be retained separately.
